The house is let fully furnished for a temporary stay, limited to up to 12 months and extendable by arrangement. It suits a family, two generations, or use with guests, an au pair or grandparents. The ground floor is a self-contained apartment; above it are two further floors with their own kitchen and two bathrooms.
Both kitchens are equipped, each with a dishwasher, and open onto the balcony facing the greenery. Three bedrooms have double beds, one has a single bed. Two of the three bathrooms were renovated in 2022. In the basement there is a laundry room with a Miele washing machine and a playroom.
Children’s toys, a trampoline, the playroom and bicycles can also be used by arrangement. Selected furniture can be removed after consultation. A Toyota Corolla Verso can optionally be provided.
